PSYCHOTHERAPY

Some people come to therapy for help with a particular issue such as relationship difficulties, low self esteem, anxiety, depression, to build confidence, loss & bereavement or recovery from abuse/trauma. Others find therapy useful for gaining a perspective on the past, to help make better decisions in the present and to open up more possibilities for the future.
