FEAR
FEAR can be a warning signal and cause us to react appropriately to real danger. But often we fear situations that are far from dangerous or life threatening and often we hang back for what seems like no good reason. Traumas or bad experiences can trigger a fear response within us that is hard to quell. Yet exposing ourselves to our personal demons is the best way to move past them. Counselling can support you in dealing with fear and past traumas, if they are stopping you moving forward with your life.
